This free software works well besides WinXP

PS. This free software works well besides the system of Windows XP Home. Why do I comment that? Because it operates improperly and the result is completely different.

Proxychecker error

The first time it worked.
After this I get the following error: Error loading proxychecker settings, check you internel connection.
I don't know what it means.
